well..juz changed blogskin todae..the music very
nice mahhz..hehe...yesterday de training damn
tiring lor..tat coach lahh..ask us to the physical
training at the overhead bridge thr..siao ar..want
us to die thr...then muz do 3 sets sumore..haix..
then sharmaine goh an jolene lee vomited..pity
them..muz have felt so sick and uncomfortable
then after tat..coach ask us to do lunges on the
slope sumore..wa kao...3 sets agn...then alot of
ppl felt like vomiting...me oso...haix...coach say
until like very easy liddat..then after the lunges
she ask us go buy SWEET SWEET coz our sugar
count very low..so we had 15mins break..then
we did our down the line thing..coach seemed very
angry wif the p4's but okayy wif us lahh..well..
hehe...we got more experience mahh..cannot
blame the p4's...then after training passed the
cookies to jia min..then shaoxuan say wanna go
jia hui's hse..so we went to eat the roti prata 1st.
coz the rain is so damn bigg..then after tat..i share
umbrella wif sx and kc wif jia min...then we gave up
walking slowly then we ran then the water splash
here and der..then my shoes were soaked..hehe..
then 1pm had to go hme ler..haix..then sx and jia min
accompanied me to the bus stop...buaiiz
